- Worked closely with Marketing Manager to implement Creative Director’s vision for programming (VIFF LABS, AMP, IMMERSED, and Totally Indie Day) with 500+ participants during the main festival dates: Sept. 24 – Oct 9, 2020
- Promoted and helped facilitate online Creative Engagement programming, coordinating 60+ Talent Accelerator participants and 80+ LAB attendees

- Implemented programming for 150+ events taking place during June 1-7, 2019, including managing invoicing for Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and Audio/Visual Requisitions, coordinating logistics for team of 50+ subvention leaders, as UBC welcomed 10,600+ guests attending 70+ association conferences
- Ran UBC Programming logistics for Federation of the Humanities and Social Sciences’ Congress 2019 flagship events, including Elder welcomes and opening reception, as well as six President’s receptions and six Big Thinking lectures where I escorted and prepped internationally recognized presenters such as David Suzuki,
Esi Edugyan, and Stan Douglas - Liaised with local xʷməθkʷəyəm (Musqueam) Protocol office to coordinate cultural events for attendees

- Researched historical events, fact checked memoir, and interviewed Philippe de Gaspé Beaubien III to develop and flesh-out his memoir, This Dance of Ours

Research Assistant, The Burney Centre, McGill University
- Assisted with 600 footnote references, checking background details, data mining historical newspapers for events and dates, looking for extra-textual evidence to date letters between 1750-1814, verifying textual details;

- Transcribed hand-written letters for two volumes of The Letters of Charles Burney Senior (forthcoming)
- Data-mined on-line databases and websites for potentially unpublished letters.
